Party & Play:

• Private event for up to 10 children. $10 for additional child
• Included with your party is the whole of Rainbow Play Cafe
• Includes open play in our indoor play area for 2 hours 
• Our café will be closed to the public but will remain open for adults to purchase beverages and snacks
• Bring your own cake, food (must be nut free), birthday decorations, candles and utensils

How to book your birthday party with us?

Pick your date and time!

Weekend Availability: 

• 9:00am - 11:00am
• 12:00pm - 2:00pm
• 3:00pm - 5:00pm
• 6:00pm - 8:00pm

There is a $150 + GST non-refundable deposit required to secure your booking.

For booking, please visit rainbowplaycafe.simpletix.ca, select your date & time slot, and pay a deposit using our website.

Parties must be fully paid within 7 days before the event date. 

Once parties are booked and fully paid for they are 100% non-refundable.

You can add one or more hours for a flat rate of $145 + GST per hour (subject to availability). Please contact us for further details on how to book more time for your private event.

Your party includes the admission for 10 kids. 

There is a $10 CAD fee for an extra child or extra adult (max 20).
