Pre-booking with us is nice and simple. Starting Saturday November 4th, we will be open during  2-hours time slots, and some weekends will be closed for a private events in between these timeslots. 

When you pre-book with us, you will be making sure that you and your family get a spot rain or shine, you won't have to wait in line to play at our cafe when we are at full capacity. 

Plus, you can get a discount rate for a second sibling AND most importantly, you will know in advance when we are closed due to a private event or birthday party so you can plan your visit accordingly.

Yes, absolutely! You can always re-schedule with 24 hours notice directly through our website at no extra charge.

Yes. If you have a valid prepaid punch pass and want to visit us on weekends or holidays, you will be able to use it by calling us at 604-553-1019 at least 30 mint before the time slot you want to come to secure your spot. You will have only a 15 minutes grace period to arrive, after that time, we won't be able to guarantee you a spot. 

Yes! Now you can get a special rate for a second or third child when pre-booking online. This discounted rate is valid only when you pre-book with us. Not valid for walk-ins. Remember to pay the first admission according to the age of your first child born.

For now, we will stick to only drop-ins at anytime during hour business hours Monday to Friday, as we do not host private events or birthday parties during those days and there is less risk for customers to arrive when we are closed due to private event, unless we see the need to introduce the pre-booking system for those days too. Should that be the case, we will inform you with time in advance.

As we enter to our busiest time of the year, we want to make sure to give more kids and parents a chance to play and enjoy our fun, clean and safe play cafe! Altough we love to see families come together, we have limited capacity at our cafe.  Therefore, any extra adult that is not covered by a child admission (i.e. second parent, grandparents, uncles, etc.) will have to pay an admission, and they will be able access to the playground as well.

No worries at all! We'll still take walk-ins on weekends and holidays, but please note that we won't be able to guarantee a spot especially if the weather is bad, or we might be closed due to a private event or birthday party.
